A stylish and really easy to knit cardigan, suitable for a boy or girl baby. This pattern is designed for beginner knitters and is fully illustrated with colour step-by-step instructions. The only skills required are cast on, cast off, knit and purl.
The pattern has an asymmetric button front and also includes options to add a pocket, a flower or colour detail at the cuffs and hem. The pattern also includes long and short options.
DK YARN: 0-3 months: short = 120g / 4.2oz, long = 150g / 5.25oz; 3-6 months: short = 150g / 5.3oz, long = 190g / 6.6oz; 6-18 months: short = 172g / 6oz, long = 215g / 7.5oz; 18-24 months: short 200g / 7oz, long 250g / 8.8oz.
SINGLE POINT NEEDLES: 3.75mm / US5, 35cm / 12".
