Product Details

A lovely easy knitting pattern for a sleepy, night time baby blanket.

Ideal for a beginner knitter and perfect for a baby shower gift. This pattern features a repeating star design with chunky textured borders, created using just knit and purl stitches (stocking and garter stitch).

It is perfect for baby’s first blanket to keep snug in a pram, moses basket, bouncy chair or carrycot.

The minimum blanket size is 75cm x 75cm (30” x 30”). The pattern also includes instructions to make larger blankets.

NEEDLES: Circular. 7mm / US size 10 1/2, 60cm / 24".

CHUNKY YARN: 75cm x 75cm / 30" x 30" size blanket: = 600g / 21oz, = 450m / 500yards.

Recent reviews

Super easy to read and follow! This is the first time I've done this kind of pattern and not messed it up, but since finishing this, I've started on another of this kind (hearts, not stars) and it is going really well! The photos don't show off the blanket well -- I took them before blocking so it's not as perfect as it looks now.
