Product Details
’Eksplozja’, a Polish word for ‘explosion’ describes best the process of creating these mittens - an inspiration of a moment, a quick knit and perfect sunny weather for a Saturday photo shoot made it less than a week project. Writing and testing the pattern took a while but even so, it’s been a very dynamic process. Like an explosion! almost :)
The mittens can make a set with Eksplozja hat.
Size: The pattern is written in two sizes, for slim and regular hands. The size can also be adjusted by going up or down a needle size, or by changing the yarn weight and adjusting the needles accordingly.
Level: Adventurous beginner or intermediate. The mittens are knit in the round.
Needle size and notions: US 4 / 3.5mm circulars or DPNs or any size that lets you meet gauge, markers, waste yarn or stitch holder, cable needle.
