Product Details
EMMELIE - a beautiful and practical sleeveless dress in DK-weight cotton in a striped pattern in bright colours. The pattern is quite simple - alternate coloured stripes in stocking st. The dress has been worked in rounds until armholes but it can easily bee worked flat. Both ways are described in the written pattern. This beautiful dress applies to girls. Also very suitable as a pinafore dress. Required skill level from 1 (basic) to 5 (advanced): 3. The measurements given throughout the pattern are all in cm as well as in inches.
A version 2 (blue) has been added to the pattern.
Yarn: this design applies for a DK-weight cotton, 50 g = ca. 125 meters. In total 325 - 375 - 475 - 575 g divided in 3 colours which are 125 - 175 - 200 - 250 g in col. A (here orange), 100 - 125 - 175 - 200 g in col. B (here cyclamen) and 100 - 100 - 125 - 175 g in col. C (here fuchsia).
The original model was made in CABLÉ, 100 % Egyptian cotton, from Campolmi Roberto Filati in Florence (Firenze), Italy.
