I was making one of my balls (see the ‘balls of almost any size’ free pattern) when it occurred to me that it would be really easy to make an eyeball for Halloween decorations! So, here is a pattern for various sizes of eyeball, with a bit of the optic nerve (but you can finish them just as a ball, if you like, instructions are here). The smallest one is about the size of a human eyeball. The veins are sewn on – it’s a very easy embroidery stitch.
