Pattern has detailed written row by row instructions and chart.
Sizing: One size: circumference 54 cm (21.25 inches) and height 22 cm (8.75 inches) after blocking.
You can change the fit by how aggressively you block the hat. In the pictures is the same hat with two models with different head sizes: 58 & 52 cm.
