I always get compliments on this pattern when I wear it! From the floral motif top to the cabled rib sides, this beret looks intriguing and intricate from every angle. It is worked in the round from the center of the crown outward and shaped as you go. Intermediate and advanced knitters will enjoy the challenge of changing stitch counts and new instructions for almost every round.
Yarn: Worsted weight, approximately 165 yds (151 m).

Needles: U.S. size 6 (4.0 mm) 16” (40.5 cm) circular needle; 1 set of U.S. size 6 (4.0 mm) double pointed needles.
Notions: Cable needle, locking stitch marker, tapestry needle.
Gauge: 21 stitches and 30 rows, worked in stockinette and unblocked.
Finished Measurements: Pattern can be blocked to fit a head circumference between 19-25” (48- 63.5 cm). The diameter of the top should be between 11.5”-12” (29-30.5 cm) when laid flat.
