Product Details
The French Maple Shawl is an extra wide crescent shawl worked forth and back in one piece from the top down.
Due to the special shape, the shawl remains very stable on the shoulders and does not slip down (it resembles the shape of a fortune cookie ;-)).
In addition, the shawl has almost no weight, just 100 grams!
The shawl is fully charted, from the first to the last row.
Special twisted stitches are used, namely twisted stitches slanted to the right and left. They are used to emphasise the pattern and to make it look more elegant. And furthermore very small beads are used (very small because they should not cause any additional weight).
Material:
2 balls of Rowan Fine Lace (800 m)
I have used up all the yarn! Please note that you may need more yarn if you use a larger needle size or knit looser. You may also need more yarn if you decide to use a thicker yarn.
Make the shawl in white for a wedding! As a wedding gift or as an accessory for the dress!
