Frost Petals is knitted in the round using stranded colorwork. It features a picot hem for the brim of the hat (This creates a doubled fabric that will keep your ears nice and toasty when cold winds blow), and a Latvian braid.
Knitters should be comfortable with the knit and purl stitches, knitting in the round, and stranded (Fair Isle) colorwork.
