It all began when I stumbled upon some turquoise-beaded drop chain lengths by Bliss. Seeking a way to incorporate these in my knitted necklace designs, I came up with a beaded, garter-stitch-and-icord backdrop from which to hang them. And every time I wore this concoction, ladies would exclaim. (I've shown you a picture of it here.)
Now, realizing that you might not have access to this particular product, I decided to show you how to make and hang your own beaded chains.
Whether you make this necklace with two tiers (as in the imitation pearl version) or with three (the silver bead version), I predict it will attract the same admiring glances as the turquoise original.
