Product Details
A lightweight and semi slouchy beanie knitted in the round using the double knitting technique. Worked in two shades of lightweight 4ply yarn it is perfect for any season to pop over bed head or a hair style that is overdue a trip to the hairdresser. Sporting the words “got it covered” on the right side, it can also be worn inside out to show a colourful stripe of hieroglyphics that will have your friends pondering your wide-ranging language skills. Worked to the stated tension the beanie fits a medium adult female head and is shown on a model with head circumference of 55cm.
To recreate this beanie you will need to be familiar with the double knitting technique, working in the round, decreasing, and be happy working a motif from a knitting chart. This pattern makes a good follow on project for those who have worked through my pdf and video workshop "Your introduction to the double knitting technique" which can also be purchased from my independent designer area on Lovecrafts.
