Product Details
This clever owl is ready for graduation day with their mortarboard hat. The owl would make a super graduation present, or a gift for teachers. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the owl is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). This pattern incorporates intarsia colour-work. For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.

Pattern easy to follow. Instructions how to sew up and stuff were useful too. Pleased with result. My owl won't stand up by itself, the mortar board makes it top heavy. Perhaps the cardboard I used was too thick. Still lovely.
