The pattern is an intermediate level, but might work well for adventurous beginners.

It’s made with two contrasting colors of a fingering weight yarn (147g/500m) and a 2mm (US Steel 4) hook. This pattern’s sample used approximately 500 meters (547 yards) of color A (base color), and 310 meters (340 yards) of color B (accent color). You’ll also need safety pins and a tapestry needle.

The pattern also includes the option to use metal hardware (2 D-rings and 2 adjustable sliders, 3cm (1’’) wide) to make the straps completely adjustable. The straps’ instructions are divided into two distinct sections: ‘Without Metal Hardware’, and ‘With Adjustable Sliders’, so you can choose the right one for you!

In addition, the pattern includes a fully crocheted sturdy oval bottom, and plenty of photos to accompany the instructions, including step-by-step assistance! A print-friendly version is also available!
