This is a simple crocheted trivet or potholder that is made from 100% wool which can then be felted to tighten the stitches. It is crocheted in the round using a 2-row repetitive pattern.
This pattern does not include felting instructions.
Gauge is not crucial for this pattern, especially since different wool fibers can have unique felting results.
