Product Details
In the world of cosy yarn, knitting needles and tea drinking, the Ice Cream Van Tea Cosy steals the show.
Chasing the nostalgic jingles of ice-cream vans, I embarked on a design that pays homage to frozen delights. Behold the Ice Cream Van Tea Cosy!
Picture this: lemon and pink yarn intertwining like summer memories. The main cosy takes centre stage, but perched atop it is the ‘cab’ to complete the ice-cream van. The cab boasts a recessed window, where the ice-cream seller stands, ready to take your orders.
But that’s not all - the front of the cab flaunts two giant ice-cream cones, like sweet sentinels guarding the teapot’s frozen treasures. So, my fellow knitters, cast on those stitches, and let the cosy magic unfold!
It's a 6 page knitting pattern that is easy to follow and mainly worked in stocking stitch. There is a help video on YouTube to show you how to cast on in the middle of a row. The link is included in the pattern.
