What you'll need
Product Details
Light, ethereal, very feminine or warm, cosy and eye-catching - it all depends on what yarn you choose for your own version of Innocenty. The shawl can be done in any size, from a narrow scarf to an enormous wrap. And it is reversible, so you can change its aspect every now and then.
Level - accessible for a beginner at lace, it uses just the basic increases and decreases (k2tog and ssk) plus provisional cast on. The pattern is worked on the right side while the wrong side is a combination of purl and knit stitches, very intuitive.
Yarn – lace to fingering for a lighter version, any heavier weight yarn for a warmer winter one. My shawl was knit in Filisilk by Zitron (100g = 656y/600m) on US 4 / 3.5mm needles and I used almost 1 ½ skeins.
Needles – any size according to what yarn you use.
Gauge is not crucial and depends on the yarn and needles you choose to knit with.
The pattern was tested and proofread by native English-speakers.
