These baby’s 8ply bib and braces overalls are knitted in easy garter and stocking stitch then boat motifs are embroidered (working form a graph) on the right leg and chest.
Pattern sizes: 0 (3-6-12) months.
To fit chest: 35 (40-45-52.5) cm [13¾ (15¾-17¾-20¾) inches]. Length of pants (waist to ankle): 28 (32-37-43) cm [11 (12½-14½-17) inches].
Yarn required: Lincraft DK 8ply, 100g balls@266m. 1 (1-1-2) ball/s Main Colour. 1 ball 1st Contrast. Scraps of 2nd Contrast.
Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles. Wool needle for sewing up and embroidery.
Other requirements: A stitch holder; hat elastic; 2 buttons.
