I have been absolutely addicted to canning this Spring. In the last 2 months, I’ve made at least 15 batches of jam and even ventured into pickles. It’s the jam, though, that’s got my heart right now. The colors of these mitts remind me of beautifully ripe summer berries, and the mitts themselves are fun and simple enough to allow my mind to dream of new jam flavors as I knit. As an added bonus, they are completely reversible (see back page photo to check out the inverse of the two-color mitts).
