Product Details

These charming fingerless mitts are inspired by the beautiful area in which I live and feature an all over lace pattern that resembles a forest stretching away into the distance ready for exploring and adventures!

The mitts are knitted flat from the top down then seamed, leaving a gap for your thumb. Both pieces are the same with no shaping to worry about which makes them great for beginners. Lace pattern is both written and charted.

Yarn requirementsApprox 125m/135yds 4ply/fingering weight yarn. Pretty much any yarn can be used – the sample was a woollen spun 100% wool yarn that blocks well and is super warm but I have seen samples made in luxurious silk blends, soft alpaca and acrylic yarns too.

Gauge25sts x 35 rows= 10cm/4” over lace pattern on 3mm needles, after blocking.
