This heart garland is soft and cheerful. Perfect for Valentine's Day, or as a celebration of LOVE all year! Mine lives above my kitchen sink until the Christmas decorations come back out.
The heart pattern can be made with any weight of yarn. You only need a small amount for each heart- so you can mix and match from your stash to make a rainbow of your favorite colors.
Finished measurements: Worsted weight heart with size G hook- 2"/5cm tall Fingering weight yarn with size E hook- 1"/2.5cm tall
Yarn: Any weight yarn. About 7 yards/6.4 meters for each heart.
Hook: Size appropriate for your yarn weight. Worsted weight yarn, use size G hook. Fingering weight yarn, use size E hook.
Gauge: No need to swatch. Adjust yarn weight and hook size to change size of heart.
