Product Details
I'll walk you through all the steps to create a simple yet stylish top-down seamless raglan sweater.
This kind of sweater is the one beginners often start with, and I added some interesting design elements by incorporating rib lines that run down the length of the sweater.
♥ SKILL LEVEL: Adventurous beginner. As long as you're comfortable with the knit and purl stitches and have tackled projects like scarves or hats, you have the skills to create this sweater (with full video tutorial).
♥ METHOD: This sweater is crafted seamlessly using circular needles, and it's worked from the top down. It starts at the neckline, progressing into a yoke. The yoke is then divided to create both the body and sleeves, which are finished separately.
♥ CUSTOMIZE: choose your preferred length, neckline, and fit options.
♥ YARN: Aran weight (I used Drops Nepal, Drops Alaska).
♥ GAUGE: 16 sts x 22 rows in a 10x10 cm (4x4 inches) piece in Stockinette stitch (after blocking).
