Product Details
I wanted a version of the popular midwife blanket that worked up easily and in the round. This pattern includes two sizes, perfect to make a beautiful heirloom for baby, toddler, child or a nice throw for curling up on the couch.
I used Bernat Baby Sport and a 4.5mm hook and was able to make two 26-inch blankets from one skein with plenty to spare. Moving up to worsted weight would make a nice toddler size. And now, the pattern includes the option to add an extra repeat, perfect to make a larger baby or toddler size in a nice sport weight yarn or even an adult throw in a nice worsted.
