Product Details
Like all minimal knits | DESIGNED scarves, MK#76 drapes beautifully, can be worn in all sorts of ways, & is quick to knit because the pattern uses needles larger than is standard for the yarn.
It can be decorated with beads, if that’s what you’d like, & is made with Grid stitch - a technique that looks the same on both sides & is very easy knitting – just repeating 2 rows of knits, then 2 rows of knit 1 purl 1 rib.
The pictured scarf was made from a 100g skein of Bombed Yarns 4ply 100% hand dyed merino in the colour Siren’s Call, & measures 169cm / 66½ inches, by 125cm / 49¼ inches, by 73cm / 28¾ inches without blocking.
Skill Level: Easy
Materials: 400 metres / 438 yards of Fingering/Sock/4 ply yarn, or a bit more
5 mm / US 8 needles
Gauge: Doesn't matter unless you knit very tightly or very loosely, in which case go up or down a needle size, as applicable
