Mohair Hat -- a loom knit pattern

The Mohair Hat is a soft and airy hat. But the special stitch pattern used throughout tightens up the threads of the fabric to create a warm and cozy hat. This hat has a unique crown that can only be created using the Flexee Loom Links Skinny loom. The special double decreasing crown construction is most suited to an intermediate loom knitter. This design's crown doesn't "swirl" like so many decreasing crown designs do.

The Mohair Hat uses approximately 190 yards of a #4 worsted weight mohair yarn. Lion Brand’s Molaine Mohair Yarn in the teal colorway was used in the sample.

The pattern includes instructions for both an adult medium size and an adult large size.

This pattern is suitable for an intermediate loom knitter.
