Product Details
Moira Rose is a classic triangle shawl with a bit of extra backbone, thanks to the column of lace running down the centre. With one main lace motif repeated throughout the shawl – and some simple eyelet rows for a bit of visual interest – this shawl is also far easier than it looks.
The Moira Rose shawl is worked with laceweight and mohair yarn held together, making it a great knit to play with colour. While the same laceweight is used throughout the shawl, the mohair is changed for the full lace section, meaning you can go for a striking contrast, a gentle faded marl, or something between the two. You can also work the shawl in a 4ply yarn held single, if mohair isn’t your thing.
