Product Details
Mojito the shawl is evocative of the cocktail sharing its name. The main body of this crescent shaped shawl is covered in mint leaves that lead the eye down to the border that explodes with bubbles and zing! The only thing missing is the straw!
The original shawl was knit using Dye Diana Dye FlaxenSilk Lace, Handmaiden Fine Yarns Lino or Dibadu Funnies – Seda de Campo Lace and this shawl is suitable for almost any lace weight or fingering weight yarn though I would look for a yarn that will block well and hold the number of beads as almost all of them are concentrated on the border.
Knit as written for a laceweight yarn or large shawl in fingering weight or work with only one repeat of Chart 2 for a smaller shawl in fingering weight.
PLEASE NOTE : Quantities of specified yarns show enough for the laceweight shawl as written but only enough for the smaller fingering weight shawl i.e. one repeat of Chart Two. For a larger fingering weight shawl additional yarn will be required.

- You will also need just under 900 beads as written. I would recommend Miyuki size 5 triangles or Miyuki, Matubo or Toho size 6 seed beads.
