This cozy cowl is long enough to wrap twice around your neck to keep out the cold-weather chills. The ingenious chain-link closure is fun to work and is sure to get noticed.

Finished Size 10" wide and 50" circumference.
Yarn 600 yd/550 m aran weight yarn. The yarn is held double throughout.
Hook Size N/P (10 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions Yarn needle.
Gauge 7 sts and 3 rows = 3.25" in patt.
Note Cowl is worked holding two strands of yarn together throughout.
