Mushroom Appliques

Embellish your Fall creations with these crocheted Mushroom Appliques.

The pattern is available in two sizes, a small mushroom and a large mushroom.

MATERIALS

– 3.5 mm (E/4 USA, 9 UK) Crochet Hook

– DK (3, Light) Yarn

– Tapestry Needle

YARN

I used Paintbox Yarns Simply DK (302 yds / 276 m per 100 g) in the following colors:

– Red – Rose Red (113)

– White – Champagne White (102)

Feel free to use any yarn with the appropriate hook.

SIZE

When crocheted with DK acrylic yarn and a 3.5-mm hook, you can expect the following sizes:

– Large Mushroom – 2.1” by 2.8” (5.3 by 7 cm)

– Small Mushroom – 1.8” by 2” (4.5 by 5.2 cm)

When crocheted with DK cotton yarn and a 3.0-mm hook, you can expect the following sizes:

– Large Mushroom – 1.6” by 2” (4 by 5.2 cm)

– Small Mushroom – 1.3” by 1.5” (3.3 by 3.9 cm)
