This pattern is best suited for a confident beginner who is comfortable with color changes
Stitch count matches the example sweater (size M/L) but measurements will also be included to easily adjust to the desired sizing. It is recommended to use body measurements or measurements from an existing garment that doesn’t have a stretchy material.
Construction consists of a back and front piece, two identical arm pieces, ribbing for the cuffs and bottom that are made separately and sewn onto the body, while the mock neck ribbing is made directly onto the body.
Every square is 10 stitches across and 5 rows high. Back and front pieces are 7 squares high and 7 across. Arms are 6 squares high and 5 rows across, but the first and last square of the row are half squares to line up to the body’s pattern
