Product Details
I’ll look for any excuse to knit with Noro yarns. The color variations in their skeins are incredibly compelling. I love combining the colorways of Silk Garden and Kureyon.
This is a great pattern for beginners and experienced knitters alike. Beginners will learn to pick up stitches, slip stitches, and kitchener stitch (grafting)
This is a portable project while you are knitting the individual squares.
The afghan uses a total 11 balls of Noro Silk Garden/Noro Kureyon. I chose by color, not by yarn type. They can be mixed and matched.
NOTE: Variations of this pattern have been done before and are available on Ravelry, for free. In my version I have made modifications and gone into greater detail, outlining each step more thoroughly.
