Product Details
The loose fitting Pullover with overall texture in two different stitch patterns proposes variation in colour blocking and graded striping. Orza¹ has an asymmetrical raglan shoulder with a deeper, rounded shape in the back, reminiscent of racer back tops and worked in a different ratio at the front and the back of the raglan construction. A slightly wavy, high crew neck balances out the horizontal striping, while the option to choose from two different versions for the sleeves (or to make both as shown) give this jumper a sportive feel and make for a fun piece.
¹ In mediterranean sailing terminology a boat is said to be sailing Orza when its sails are trimmed in tightly and it is sailing as close to the wind as possible. This point of sail lets the boat travel diagonally to the wind direction, or 'upwind'.
All techniques and methods are either explained in the pattern itself with attached photo tutorials, or links are provided that point to web-tutorials.
