Product Details
Dolls Dresses Knitting Pattern.
Knit our Dolls Short Sleeved Dress, Sleeveless Dress and Pinafore Dress. The instructions are for 3 sizes: 16, 18 and 20 inches or 41, 46 and 51 cms.
The dresses have an easy to knit skirt pattern and a moss stitch border. The front and back are knitted separately on straight needles and the sides sewn together. The back has a 2 (3, 3) button opening for the Short Sleeved and Sleeveless Dresses. The Pinafore requires 2 buttons for all sizes.
The pattern uses double-knitting wool. An alternative would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply for international knitters. You will also need size 3.25 mm (US 3) and 4 mm (US 6) straight needles.
The picture shows the outfits knitted using Rico Baby Classic DK in shades Dusky Pink (040) and Cream (002).
