Product Details
Palmire is an airy simple cardigan with a delicate lace panel on the back and fronts and a fun construction. It starts with the back lace panel which is split at the neck to become the right and left front lace panels. Then, stitches are picked up on either side of the lace to work the body sideways. Once the full body width is reached, the side of the body is closed with a threeneedle bind-off. This leaves only the sleeve stitches which are worked in the round until the folded cuff. The pattern includes charted instructions for the lace as well as step-by-step photographs to help you visualize the construction better.
