Free English and French .PDF translations! Yay!

The pattern involves short rows and a provisional cast on for the seemingly rolled look of the bottom section. Then you knit in the round till desired height. Next, the button flap is worked. The pattern is easy to follow and works up quickly. You don’t even need much yarn, and you can use a worsted weight because even though Lion Brand calls Comfy Cotton Blend a DK weight yarn, its gauge is worsted according to Ravelry.

You need to know:

any provisional cast on

how to work short rows (preferred method)

working in the round

k2tog or ssk and p2tog

yarning over twice Those may look difficult, but YouTube is really very helpful.

You’ll need:

4.5mm (US 7) needles to work in the round on a small circumference

4.5mm (US 7) needles to work flat

a button with a 1/2” or 3/4” diameter

yarn needle and scissors

Many thanks to Clochettetricot for translating the pattern into French.
