This pattern is for a quick-to-work pirate bandana.
It is worked from the crown, in one piece with no seaming and has a shaped neck-flap to protect sensitive skin from the sun.
When made in newborn size, it makes a fantastic photo prop.
The skull applique is provided in both UK and US terms (from the same download location) for you to use if desired.
You will need up to 300 m of yarn in chosen weight - colour changes are optional.
You will also need a hook in the appropriate size for your chosen yarn (for smooth stitching) and a needle for neatening ends.
Pattern is fully tested.
