Product Details
I love the look of the bobble stitch so I had to create a carseat blanket featuring it. Those bobbles are great to keep little hands busy without the risk of the bobbles being detached.
Pattern is presented as a downloadable 7 page pdf with charts, written instructions and photos of various stages of the knit.
It is knitted in 2 pieces which are sewn together.
Blanket measures approx 55x65 cm after blocking and calls for DK yarn.
I used about 480m for each of my prototypes, yarn mentioned can be substituted, but please go by the total yardage as it varies by different manufacturers.
My gauge was 20sts x28rows on 4mm needles, measured after blocking across stockinette.
As always with all my patterns this pattern is for personal use only and not your financial gains.
I offer support on all my patterns and invite you to get in touch via the email provided. Whether it's a question, feedback or photo of your finished project I'd like to hear from you.
Big thanks to Val and Sofia for testing.

The extra tips by the designer were very helpful, including her techniques of stitching up the blanket taught me practices I hadn't learnt during knitting over 60 years experience!!
