This is a FREE pattern to fit preemie baby size approx. 3 to 5lb. Garment measures underarm to underarm 5.5" length 5" Gauge not important and this could be done on a 3.75mm needle to obtain a slightly smaller size because I have gone with row count rather than inch measurement instructions.
