Wearing these fingerless gloves makes me feel like I'm a character in F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby, surreptitiously sipping a cognac cocktail from a teacup in a Roaring Twenties speakeasy. The gloves begin with a very feminine pleated cuff that is easy and elegant in appearance. The palm of the glove features an asymmetrical thumb gusset for a contoured fit. A yarn with tonal color adds interest to the stockinette stitch palm, but these gloves adapt well to most sock yarns, even the self-striping ones. Hello, Clara Bow!
