Product Details
Puffing Billy is the name of the world's oldest steam train, now residing in Wylam, Northumberland. The jumper of the same name is knitted in parts to the armholes and continued in rounds at the yoke where a steam train with nine carriages and a plume of smokes puffs happily round on a track. There are similar tracks at the cuffs and lower edges. I used Willow and Lark Poetry but any DK yarn of the same gauge will work with this pattern which requires 400g - 600g depending on size. Instructions are given for approximate ages 1 to 8 years. If you have any little train enthusiasts in your family, this is the jumper for them.
