Calls for 440 yards DK or sport and 175 yards contrast yarn. The suggested yarns can easily be changed.
From the designer's website:
A tassel-trimmed garter-stitch shawl, shaped with short rows to give a radiating pattern. So as to use only as much yarn as you have available, it is worked from the points towards the center back on each side. The shawl features long ties with sexy tassels for easy wearing and falls to waist length.
Yarn: DK/sport or fine mohair blends and a small amount of sparkly yarn.
Techniques: Short rows, modified three-needle bind-off, and tassels.
