What you'll need
Product Details
This blanket is made using 13 different colours. The ‘13th’ colour is the one which changes the flow of the stripe pattern on each repeat. Therefore you work an equal number of rows using each colour.
The colours are worked in the order, repeating until each colour has been used for all the stripe sequences (i.e. you will have completed sections of 5, 2, 1 and 3 rows for each colour). Don’t worry, the stripe pattern is fully explained!
You will need a second ball of the starting colour (in this case Lime) to complete a further 5 rows at the end to balance the blanket and work 1 row of trebles along the two side edges of the blanket.
The colours I used are:
1 ball of each, except where stated 1065 Lime (2 balls) 1081 Saffron 1256 Jaffa 1132 Shrimp 1246 Lipstick 1083 Pomegranate 1241 Fondant 1084 Magenta 1061 Plum 1082 Bluebell 1003 Aster 1722 Storm Blue 1708 Petrol
