Product Details
This infinity scarf, originally published in the Fall ’19 issue of Spin Off magazine, was inspired by the popular Children's story, The Rainbow Fish, by Marcus Pfister. It is a story about a beautiful fish that learns to make friends by sharing his colorful scales.
The pattern PDF includes fiber blending and spinning instructions, as well as knitting instructions. The sample used: 7 oz / 200 grams Paradise Fibers Undyed Merino Roving 1 oz / 28 grams Settlers Grove French Angora Fiber, color: Silver 1 oz / 28 grams Paradise Fibers Recycled Sari Silk Multicolored Pulled Roving. Yarn used= 229 yds MC worsted & 62 yds bulky yarn.
Both sides of the scarf are equally beautiful, so it can be worn showing either or both sides of the work.
This pattern would also work well featuring art yarn or thick-and-thin yarn that can be hard to match up with a pattern.
Shown above paired with Alpaca Farrow-Rib Mittens. The mitten pattern was originally published in the Winter ‘21 issue of Spin Off magazine.
