Fingering 14 inches wide x 33 inches long from point to point.

Needles and Notions 24-32 inch circular needle, US# 4. 2-3 stitch markers Cable needle or DPN size US#4 Tapestry needle to weave in ends

Gauge 22 stitches and 34 rows over 4 inches in stockinette. Gauge isn’t important. What is important is a fabric you love. Be aware that changes to gauge will effect yardage used.
