This isn't an ordinary reversible hat. This hat looks different when it is worn inside out, but which side is out? Equally interesting on both sides, knit the hat and choose which is your favorite. Some like the curls, some like ribbons, and a few people can't decide.
Once you get the M1p stitches learned, this pattern knits up quickly.
