Product Details
This is my pattern for the bonnet Princess Charlotte of Cambridge wore home from hospital. It was actually put on the baby backwards with the cables on top of her head instead of at the back. My hat is designed to be worn both ways. For warmer weather I make it up in cotton, and for cooler months I use the softest wool. For an extra special heirloom piece I use pure cashmere.
I believe this pattern is appropriate for an advanced beginner. There are two sizes; newborn 13-14 inch head circumference, and 0-3 months 15 inch head circumference. It is written in American terms with metric conversions.
