Product Details
RUSTY the Red Squirrel loves to ramble in the countryside. He wears a scarf and carries a rucksack which will hold two or three hazelnuts to provide a tasty snack when he gets hungry.
SIZE - Rusty measures 20 cm (8 in) to the tips of his ears.
NEEDLES - Knitted flat on a pair 3.25 mm needles (US size 3).
YARN - Double knitting (USA use light-worsted/Australia - 8 ply).
This pattern was created and written by knitwear designer Wendy Phillips for the Westmorland Red Squirrel Society which is a British Registered Charity (No.1144416). All proceeds from the sale of this pattern will be used by the charity to help maintain a healthy population of red squirrels in South East Cumbria (English Lake District).
