Product Details

A little rustic, just a bit girly, extremely cozy and easy to wear - in my mind, this describes the quintessential autumn sweater. Saltaire hits all of the marks with its not-too-fussy lace back, deep ribbed shawl collar, and patch pockets. It’s a cardigan to wear for rainy day hikes and puddle jumping, tea parties and library outings.

A top-down construction makes Saltaire a seamless knit (aside from just a bit of stitching to secure the pocket sides), and there are plenty of details to keep things interesting, including contiguous shoulder shaping, icord and tubular bind-offs, and one row horizontal buttonholes.

The sample was knit in Brooklyn Tweed Loft. A substitute yarn is shown below.
