Product Details
This little cowl was born of my love of triangle scarflettes, and their all-too-frequent (and frustrating) tendency to fall off when I’m running around. It is knit in two very different yarns (superwash merino wool and a feather-light steel-wool) in the same color, paired with rapidly changing stitch patterns to create a sort of textural adventure. It is extremely light to wear, while still being cozy. It is reversible, and can be worn looped once or twice around the neck, on the shoulders like a small capelet, with the bandana point out in the front, side, or back, or tucked away into the folds so that it looks more like a typical cowl. This design is ripe for experimentation, whether with color, texture, fiber, or scale, while at the same time involving very simple techniques familiar to most advanced beginners.
Sharona Redux differs ever-so-slightly from the Sharona featured in Interweave Knits, but the overall effect is the same :-)
