Short Sleeve Sweater or Shrug for American Girl or other 18 inch dolls

For a sunny fall or spring day, your favorite 18 inch doll can wear this fan stitch crocheted short sleeve sweater in sport weight yarn with a loop and button closure. This doll clothing will fit over most short sleeve shirts. Sleeves are wide enough for a child to get the sweater on over the hands of the doll.

This sweater will fit most 18 inch dolls.

You will need sport weight yarn, an H hook (or size needed for gauge), and a button for this pattern.
