Construction of this shrug considers the variables of hand dyed yarn. The cuffs and edgings are done with one skein, and the sleeve panels are done with the other. This eliminates the need to work from both skeins simultaneously . . . cue happy dance now!
Using linked stitches and slip stitch crochet creates a very knit-like fabric with just the right stretch and drape.
